Making a Submission creates no obligation for MUZE to review, respond to, use, or enter into any agreement or relationship with you. Any collaboration or engagement will arise only through a separate written agreement signed by MUZE.

You confirm that the Submission is your own original work, or that you hold all rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Making a Submission does not transfer ownership of it to MUZE. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, and evaluate the Submission for the purpose of assessing a possible collaboration.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, please do not send us material you consider confidential; Submissions do not create any confidentiality obligation on our part. We are not liable for any similarity between a Submission and content or projects that we develop or acquire independently.

Nothing in this section deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. As a consumer, you may also seek out-of-court resolution of disputes through the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, www.kzp.bg) or any other competent alternative dispute resolution body, as well as through any applicable EU online dispute resolution mechanism that may be available from time to time.

13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
