Darko Grozdanovski is an artist for whom the classical musical foundation does not stand apart from original songwriting, but makes it more sensitive and conscious. Born in Bitola in 1999, he began playing the violin at the age of 8, and later continued his education at the Ilija Nikolovski-Luj Music and Ballet School Center in Skopje and at the Faculty of Music Arts. As concertmaster of the orchestra of the Musical Youth of Macedonia, he built discipline and a sense for detail, while in parallel developing his other line – poetry, singing, and original songs.

His music carries softness, melancholy, and a desire for the lyrics to lead. Songs such as Trach and Vrati me show a personal, romantic, and narrative signature, while Ponedelnichki with Igor Dzambazov connects him with a broader artistic tradition and experience. Darko Grozdanovski stands between classical training and contemporary Macedonian song – with a voice, a violin, and an authorial point of view.
